1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and vn88 ("the Company", "we", "us"). 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the vn88 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. vn88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the vn88 platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vn88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one and only one account with vn88. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep this information updated throughout the life of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify vn88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. vn88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification.
• Accounts must be registered in the player's own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• vn88 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. Players may be required to submit a government-issued identification document and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vn88 supports a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated through the cashier interface.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible, net of any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified in the player's name. vn88 does not pay withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• vn88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside vn88's control.
• vn88 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal for the purpose of completing KYC verification, investigating suspected fraud, or complying with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures. In such cases, the player will be informed of the reason for the delay.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vn88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion description at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses are valid for a period stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire at the end of this period.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vn88 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation of such content, is the property of vn88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from this platform without the prior written consent of vn88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vn88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the vn88 platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if vn88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, acts of government, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. vn88 shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a player as a result of such unavailability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

vn88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, vn88 may take such action in the following circumstances:

• Where vn88 reasonably suspects that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or provided false registration information.
• Where vn88 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request.
• At the player's own request, including in the case of a self-exclusion application submitted to vn88 support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vn88 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The date displayed in the Last Updated field at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the vn88 platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
